Booking Terms for Video Production
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date are subject to a 100% forfeiture of the payment. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
Permits and Location Responsibility:
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for the chosen shooting location. If any issues arise that prevent filming due to lack of proper permits, the time will still be counted as paid time.
Production Time:
Production time is calculated from the moment Real Game Agency LLC (RGA) staff arrive at the location until they leave. This includes setup and cleanup time.
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Weather-Related Rescheduling:
In the event of severe weather conditions, RGA will reschedule the shoot at no additional cost. However, the client is responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred.
Access and Parking:
The client must provide easy drive-up access to the location. If this is not possible, the client agrees to cover any parking-related fees incurred by RGA staff.
Changes to Schedule:
Any changes to the shooting schedule must be communicated and agreed upon at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made less than 48 hours before the shoot may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for ensuring that the location is safe and ready for shooting. This includes providing access to necessary facilities (e.g., restrooms, power sources) and ensuring that all participants are present and prepared.
Usage Rights:
RGA reserves the right to use any footage or images captured during the shoot for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Liability:
RGA is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the shoot, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by RGA staff.
Equipment Damage:
The client is responsible for any damage to RGA equipment caused by the client's negligence or misuse during the shoot.
Post-Production:
Any additional post-production work requested by the client beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges. These will be discussed and approved before commencement.
